How much does Sitvo Complete cost?
Ask for a quote. You'll get a clear setup fee, monthly price and commitment terms in writing before anything starts.
Is AI Receptionist included?
No. AI Receptionist is a separate add-on. We'll quote it separately if you want it.
Do I keep my business phone number?
Yes. Customers keep calling the same number. We set up call forwarding so that when a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text from your business.
What counts as maintenance?
Small changes like text, photos, hours, services or a new section, up to one hour of edits each month. Bigger projects, like new pages, are quoted separately.
How do the review requests stay within Google's rules?
Every customer who finishes a job gets the same request. We don't ask whether they were happy before sending the review link, and we never offer discounts or gifts for reviews. Anyone can unsubscribe.
Is texting customers legal?
We set up texting to follow US carrier rules: business texting registration (A2P 10DLC), messages only to people who contacted you, and opt-out (STOP) handling. This isn't legal advice; check anything specific to your industry with your advisor.
How long does setup take?
Texting is usually live in one to three weeks, mostly waiting on carrier approval. We'll give you a timeline for your site on our first call.
